Saffron Indian Bar and Grill

The two best Indian restaurants in this country are in the middle of Nebraska at a truck stop (makes no sense) and this joint right here. If you don’t like this food, you don’t like Indian food.

We didn’t get Mango Lassi

They were busy and short staffed. But made sure to take care of all patrons and the food was fantastic. Waitress handled the surge of orders very well.
